SBGuidance Special
Yet today several tree nurseries benefit from the additional functionality that SBGuidance Special has to offer. The special features of this system are
comprehensive crop registration registers e.g. the exact GPS location, name, variety, cultivar, size and supplier of each planted tree. In the mean time the SBGuidance computer takes care of the exact placing of the trees in a user defined planting grid by controlling electronic signalling to the planter. Another example is the automatic start-stop functionality that enables drilling of holes for container fields. The tractor with an hydraulic drill in the hitch automatically stops at each grid point, drills a hole and then drives on to the next grid point.
